From dawn 'till dusk, this Starbucks got top notch crews, with genuine smiles, who cares about You individually. Many of the great ones have worked here a long time, like Lexie, Charlie etc. One of them, Login, who served me today, even drives 60 miles each way from San Diego County, because she loves her job here. There are several tables on the sunny side, with sun shades, or on the shady side, outside. This Starbucks got remodeled a year ago, and has got great furniture inside, atmosphere, and a hard working efficient staff. That, makes one wanna come back for more.
I was having a rough day after taking my dog to the vet. The staff saw me looking a bit down and asked how I was doing. I said I was doing just okay and told them about my dog. Everyone at the bar took a second to say something nice to me despite how busy they were. It was such a genuinely human moment that made an otherwise bad day a bit better. I hope they see this review because they really made my day a little better.
Fabulous food and lovely service. So glad we found this place, I think we will be regulars!
BROWNIE: -- visible are numerous big chunks of semi-sweet looking dark chocolate on top -- the sides have similar looking layers of semi-sweet looking chocolate -- 21 second nuke -- soft texture -- I'm not a huge brownie fan but this is legit (my fave brownie was the cream cheese one from the old Fudrucker's chain) -- it smells good and tastes good -- up to medium sweet -- very choclatey -- one of their better baked goods says Baker Dave RATING = A- CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIE: -- looks like combo of semi-sweet chunks and milk choc chunks -- a tad above medium sweet -- size is large -- firm exterior, soft interior (not as tender and moist as I make but good enough) -- not dry -- not overly moist -- slightly oily on napkin after 14 second nuke RATING = A-
I had my green tea ice Matcha Venti. It was amazing. The nice girl who made it her name is LexiShe made my Sunday happy She was vey polite and did an excellent drink Thank you for making customer happy.
